She possesses strong leadership skills and creates powerful, award-winning marketing strategies for her clients, both large and small.
Prior to founding Rice Marketing, Stephanie was Marketing Director for Musgrave GB for over 8 years. She has won the IGD Business Woman of The Year Award.

Susannah is a lively and enthusiastic marketing professional with extensive expertise in product development, retail marketing and brand development. A strong, collaborative leader with an intuitive sense, she is an excellent problem solver with strategic and tactical skills that ensure we consistently meet project expectations.
Prior to joining Rice Marketing, Susannah worked as Concept Development Controller for Somerfield, Head of Retail Design at Oxfam and range controller at Musgrave GB.

Claire came to Rice Marketing in 2008, following a successful teaching career. She quickly adapted to her new business environment, and now oversees and coordinates the day to day running of projects by assisting Stephanie and Susannah in their various roles. She ensures work runs efficiently both in terms of time and budget, updating and monitoring business plans regularly to meet business goals and client objectives.
Prior to joining Rice Marketing, Claire was a secondary school teacher. She is also a published author.
